I’ve never drawn Vinyl scratch properly so I decided I’d give her a real welcome with something totally cool. Had this image in my head since last night but I was sleepy and thought I’d save it for today.
been playing Fable II lately and it reminded me of a steampunky daydream I ended up turning into Fable lore (Post F-III I think) and the main character is a gunsmith’s apprentice with a great creativity who starts working on a sword and gun fusion in secret. one day some bandits attacked Bowerstone and killed his master along with many other people and he ended up finishing the gun in a hurry and fending them off with the guards and his friends, vowing for revenge.
I don’t wanna go into the whole thing cus I have like, most of a whole story in my head xD I actually should write it as a fanfic sometime but I have a ton of fanfics I wanna make and no motivation.
Anywho this is his weapon, which he named after his fallen mentor, Gunemiir. Gunamir, i dunno, some spelling like that xD pronounced (goon-neh-meer) Just the first thing that popped into my head and I thought it sounded fancy. sounds German.
It fires pretty powerful bullets of which are unique to this particular weapon, 8 shots total in each magazine. yeah it has like a revolver barrel system but he made them more like magazines (which is pretty interesting by Fable’s old-era steampunk standards xD) for quick reloading. it’s not too slow at firing either.but he has to make his own ammo when he has time to, which makes them expensive and rare.
Picture of Noivern I drew quite a while back. Only just now got round to finishing it up. This was GOING to just be a simple colour and cel-shade job, but I decided to get a little….. experimental… with the shading.
it was very fun. —

This picture was one giant experimentation. the whole way through I didn’t really know what I was doing and it completely went against my initial idea but it still looks good. It was originally meant to be just twilight in an awesome pose, hence the cool title “No Limits”, but ended up turning into a giant battle scene. I was just experimenting with random stuff the whole time and was also trying out a new blending brush I found, Worked like a dream~
I’ll leave the scenario up to your imaginations. —
