*SPOILERS*
I don’t care that it was a filler, yesterday’s episode was incredible. it blew me away.
I couldn’t believe the amount of effort put into it. the use of characters was perfect and they were all completely in character and written amazingly. The songs were incredible and so enjoyable, the backgrounds were jaw dropping, the pacing was perfect, and the whole thing was just so colourful and beautiful.
I mean, just look at this!

Starlight’s was foreboding and thrilling, Luna’s was so ominous and dark, Applejack’s was sweet and loving, and pinkies… I LOVE Pinkie’s song! it makes me feel warm and happy every time and I can’t stop listening to it

This episode reminds me of why I love every character even if it is just a musical filler episode.

This episode makes me really happy and i find it so unbelievably enjoyable! The atmosphere, the warmth, the energy! I literally couldn’t find a single con, and even those others pointed out don’t mean anything to me. it was fantastic

This picture was one giant experimentation. the whole way through I didn’t really know what I was doing and it completely went against my initial idea but it still looks good. It was originally meant to be just twilight in an awesome pose, hence the cool title “No Limits”, but ended up turning into a giant battle scene.
I was just experimenting with random stuff the whole time and was also trying out a new blending brush I found,

Felt like drawing Spiralhoof, she’s really hard to draw because of her mane but I managed to make it work.
Originally I said I didn’t want her using her magic like this, she normally only uses pendants. that she channels her magic through. But I decided I’d make her interesting and have it that she could find some kind of power, but actually she is possessed by an evil spirit which very slowly starts to take over her and makes her more and more wild over time, but it’s not very obvious.
It’s kinda like the Alicorn Amulet, only more subtle. she starts discovering new ways to use brainwashing powers.
Who knows what will happen with her next.
I would really consider doign an ask blog ssorta thing with her if she was easier to draw.
