Has tumblr gotten rid of the 5 tag maximum thing?
For those who don’t know what i’m talking about, while you can have as many tags as you want for searching posts on your blog, only the first five will actually be indexed to search for on Tumblr. and like on the mobile app I could only see five tags listed on any post
But now I see lots more tags than that so I dunno. If they did get rid of it, It would be good. I was so annoyed when I first found out about it. and it has sense been the challenge of “Which five phrases will be the absolute most important to this pic” and it’s annoying XD

Cus before that it was Deviantart always raising me to be like “Tag as many f**ing things that you can find relevant about this pic! there’s a tree in the background? Cool! put that!”
It’s like two different parents/guardians trying to teach you to do two different things with your hobby XD

But yeah I dunno.. if anyone knows if we now get more than the first five tags indexed to searches that would be great if you can clarify for me.
